Refund Policy

Do you want or need to make a return? It's easy so long as you meet our return conditions detailed below. Please email us at to request our returns address. 

General terms

Pretty generous but please read: If there is a problem, we'll take socks back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund so long as you cover the cost of shipping and the product is returned in its original condition.

Tried them on? Sorry! Socks must not have been tried on, worn, used, marked or damaged in any way. Returns of such items will not be refunded.

Oh no! Got a fault? It's very rare but if you think there is a manufacturing fault then please do not make a return. Contact us first by email at

Packing your return

Some general guidance so your property reaches us safely: You're welcome to use the original packaging, most of our mailing bags can be re-used. If you do not have the original mailing bag then please use another waterproof mailing bag. 

Please don't fold or squash socks into the packaging you use.

And to state the obvious: Please put a note with your name or order/ packing slip inside the return!

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

And finally

Items that do not meet our conditions stated above cannot be refunded and will be returned to you. Once we have your return we'll be in touch!
